MANAGING PARTNER
A true production powerhouse and Scorch's primary in-house shoot director, Steve is equally at home directing a twenty man crew in a greenscreen studio, or back at the office editing a short brand promo. Beginning his career ten years ago editing live event films, Steve joined his former university housemate Tristan in 2006 to set up Scorch London. Since then Steve has never looked back, playing a key role in the development of the business, working hard to create an enviable client list for Scorch, and taking charge no matter what challenge is thrown his or Scorch's way.

MANAGING PARTNER
With a lethal combination of creativity, business flair, and a zen-like ability for understanding brand profile at his disposal, co-founder Tristan uses his design background and decade of experience in the motion graphics industry to stamp his unique mark on virtually every project that Scorch delivers. A key driver of the company business plan over the last five years, and an expert in the creative landscape of advertising, branding and digital media, Tristan is always thinking of new ways to improve Scorch's offering, whilst maintaining a hands on position as lead motion graphic designer.

SENIOR PRODUCER
Bursting with ideas, Ryan is that rare example of a master of several trades. With over fifteen years experience in all things video production, he excels at handling a diverse range of new business enquiries on a daily basis, whilst providing Scorch with an expert in-house scriptwriter. An exceptional producer with a rare ability to understand the needs of any client in seconds, Ryan is ultimately never happier than when working until the small hours crafting and perfecting a script that succinctly and perfectly sums up the thoughts of even the most ambitious client, into a punchy two-minute voiceover.

PRODUCTION MANAGER
With a love of production which began at the age of 16, winning a short film competition in her homeland of New Zealand, Abby is arguably the sharpest production manager this side of Wellington. She handles all productions with equal care and attention, making the seemingly impossible a reality at ultra short-notice, and ensuring the whole process runs smoothly. As an experienced copywriter, Abby is also at home drafting scripts, brainstorming, and finessing treatments for new projects. With an attention to detail and ability to juggle a hundred different tasks at once, she makes sure that every job is delivered perfectly.

SENIOR EDITOR
A key exponent of the dark art of editing, it is fair to say Neil has one of the biggest roles at Scorch when it comes to the end result delivered to the client. A true creative, Neil handles offline and online editing with an equally deft hand, working well under pressure and simultaneously making every client that sets foot in the editing suite feel right at home from the start. With a detailed understanding of every single aspect of the post-production process, Neil is a cornerstone of the Scorch team.

SENIOR MOTION DESIGNER
A popular face at Scorch, Farid is the staff member whose work is most often greeted with 'oohs' and 'aahs' of delight by colleagues and clients alike. A highly experienced motion designer with a broad spectrum of skills including 3D modelling, animation and design, Farid is a world-class expert at the very forefront of the motion design industry.

MOTION DESIGNER
A motion designer for the last four years in Yorkshire, Garth made the move to London in 2011, bringing with him a truly unique style, and a vast toolkit of skills. A wizard of animation, illustration and graphic design, he uses his unique talents to stunning effect to create fun and engaging motion graphics content for an extremely wide range of clients and projects here at Scorch.

Production Assistant
Ashlan joined Scorch like a whirlwind and continues to work like one. After studying film and television in Melbourne, Ashlan moved to London to pursue her dream of working in production. A natural born problem solver, she is always on hand with several different answers to any question. Ashlan is a whiz in the office and a force to be reckoned with on set. Her sixth sense ability to know who is where and doing what at all times is a skill which means whether it’s a three person crew out and about or a fifty person wedding scene she keeps all things under control from initial imaginings right through to production day.

MOTION DESIGNER
Too much jumping up and down in front of the TV, whilst watching Saturday morning cartoons as a kid has somehow transpired to give new member Thom super powers in motion design. His roots firmly in motion graphics, Thom's work combines both 3D and 2D to stunning effect. With a wealth of experience in broadcast, Thom combines his flair and technical ability with a non-stop flurry of great ideas.

Business Development Manager
With a background encompassing journalism, b2b sales and video production, Russell has that rare ability to combine boundless creativity with supercharged business acumen. Working with the management team to develop Scorch London's offering across an ever expanding marketplace, Russell ensures that no stone is unturned in his quest to provide every organisation with the opportunity to push Scorch's world-class production capabilities to the limit.
